Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie

Oatmeal cookies are my absolute favorite cookies on the planet and this smoothie doesn’t disappoint. The rolled oats are rich in soluble fiber and add a rich creamy texture that make you feel full for a long time. Lots of cinnamon and frozen banana give this smoothie the yummy sweetness you desire without the sugar rush.

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana

1 tbsp of nut butter

1/4 c rolled oats

dash or two of cinnamon

1 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

ice

fistful of raw spinach (optional, but honestly you cannot even taste it!)

Blend until smooth and serve. Happy Day!
