Chocolate almond Protein Balls

I was never good at baking so I am grateful for a delicious no-bake healthy snack. These little chocolate protein balls are going to keep you from feeling deprived and are actually good for you! Make them! You will be very happy.

Ingredients:

1 c raw almonds

1 c medjool dates

1 scoop chocolate protein

1 scoop vanilla protein

1/4 c shredded coconut

1 tbsp + maple syrup

1/4 c almond milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

pinch of sea salt

Add the almonds to a food processor or high speed blender first. Then add all the other ingredients. Roll into golf size balls and coat with unsweetened shredded coconut (optional). Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and protein balls, and refrigerate. Wrap them in parchment and place in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer. These are great for dessert or a snack after a workout.
